Hot Water Extraction

Hot Water Extraction is the most popular and recommended method to effectively deep clean your carpets. An environmentally friend product is injected into the fibers of your carpet. This helps break down and dissolve the stains and dirt. It is then extracted and dried to make your carpets new again.
Step 01
Inspection

With the customer, we identify the type of carpet, stains and all traffic areas that need to be cleaned. We engage with each customer to answer any questions they may have before we begin to clean.

Step 02
Vacuum

We remove the loose dry soil, dirt and dust with our commercial grade vacuum cleaner. This will make deep cleaning easier.

Step 03
Pre-Spray

After we have vacuumed the carpet, we apply one of our eco-friendly cleaning products and specialty spotters to break up, suspend and dissolve the soil.

Step 04
Agitation

Once the dwell time has finished, we use our counter rotating brush machine (CRB). The brush action allows the cleaning product be agitated evenly throughout the entire carpet. This also lifts the carpet pile so that our rinse and extraction is much more effective.

Step 05
Grooming & Air Movers

To ensure your carpet dries fast we use a groom brush. Think of us combing your carpet to make it stand up straight which will allow it to dry faster and improve the appearance. At the same time, we turn on our air movers to speed dry the carpet.

Step 06
Post Cleaning Inspection

The job has been completed. We do one final walk-through with our customer to ensure that they are satisfied. We also answer any additional questions or make recommendations as needed for future cleans.

Step 07
Hot Water Extraction

Now it’s time to rinse with hot water extraction. We use a rinse solution that is applied with hot water and high pressure into the carpet. It then automatically is sucked up with our wand tool to remove residue and any remaining dirt in your carpet.

Rug Cleaning

Rug cleaning requires expert level knowledge especially when dealing with the expensive ones. Our team has the skillset required to clean almost any rug out on the market today. Check out our process below and learn how we clean them.

Step 1 | Inspection

We identify the type of rug the customer has and what type of stains are present. Here we answer any questions the customer may have before we begin to clean.

Step 2 | Vacuum

We use our commercial grade vaccum cleaner to remove all lose soil, hair and debris. This makes cleaning the rug more effective and will help provide a better end result.

Step 3 | Apply Color Stabilization Solution

This is one of the most important steps in our process. This is to test and prevent that the vegetable dyes bleed from the rugs when they are cleaned.

Step 4 | Treat Urine Stains (if applicable)

If there is any urine contamination, we treat that first with an acid to break down the salts. Then we use an odor counteracting agent to remove any mal odors and another urine treatment product to break down the yellow.

Step 5 | Apply Cleaning Product

Here we apply an oriental rug shampoo throughout the entire rug and allow 15 min of dwell time before we proceed to the next step.

Step 6 | Agitation

We use our counter rotating brush (CRB) to agitate and suspend any loose soils with our most delicate brush to ensure that we do not ruin the rug.

Step 7 | Extraction

We then use an acid rinsing agent with soft water from our truck mount and begin the extraction process. The soft water is used to neutralize the solutions.

Step 8 | Final Inspection

We set up our commercial air movers to speed dry and review our work to ensure that everything meets our high standards and the customer is satisfied.

Pet Urine Treatment

Almost anyone who has owned a pet has experienced the terrible stench when their pet urinates in the carpet. The reason for the bad smell is the urine is soaked up into the pad at the bottom of the carpet. This makes it very difficult to remove and creates an endless environment for bad bacteria to grow. In some cases, these spots are not visible to the human eye and may have been left by the previous owner.

Steps Taken to Ensure An Effective Clean

Inspection with UV light.
Identify urine stains.
Check if it’s cleanable or needs to be replaced.
Thorough vacuum.
Apply stain and odor molecule removal. (20 min Dwell Time)
Apply an oxidizing agent to kill all the urine bacteria. (10 min Dwell Time)
Apply enzyme product to break down all the proteins.
Perform hot water extraction with an acid rinse.
Final inspection and dry carpet quickly with air movers.
