Why Pressure Washing?

Additionally, you risk streaking or etching your concrete and may not be able to clear embedded stains from oil, battery acid, rust, and other substances. Our Pressure Washing Process

Our professional team members follow a process to provide the best pressure washing service for your needs:

Step 01

We do a walkthrough with you, so you can explain your issues, share any concerns, and point out areas that need special attention.

Step 02

We move all patio furniture and other items to a safe area to protect them when we begin to pressure wash.

Step 03

We prep all surfaces by blowing away dead leaves and loose soil and dirt.

Step 04

We mask off any surfaces, such as walls or windows, that might be in danger from suffering damage from loose debris.

Step 05

We pre-treat areas of special consideration with a special formula to ensure we remove stains from paint, oil, rust, etc.

Step 06

We begin pressure washing with water heated to 250°F to emulsify embedded dirt and soil. We use a top of the line system which, 95 percent of the time, does not require chemical treatment. The system includes a 24″ spinner with pressures that range from 1000 psi to 3500 psi.

Step 07

Finally, we rinse all the soil, dirt, and debris away with a garden hose and allow the proper amount of time for drying.

Step 08

We allow a full day for drying for clients who want to seal any surfaces to protect them from future stains from oil, water, and other substances. This extra dry time allows our sealers to properly adhere to the surface.
