Step 01
Meeting With The Client
Every cleaning surface is unique. The first thing we will do is sit down and talk with you to learn exactly what needs to be done. Maybe you need a yearly deep clean or maybe you just need a one-time polish in anticipation for hosting a bunch of guests in your home. We will also go over any special stains or scratches that will require treatment.
Step 02
Demo Our Services
Before you commit to Royal Carpet Cleaning doing the work on your floors, we will do a demo on a piece of flooring that is out of the way and not seen by many. This way you can see what you are signing up for.
Step 03
Special Cleaning Solutions
We clean natural stone and grout using an alkaline base stone cleaner. Using stiff brushes, we are able to get any embedded soils out of grout and from porous stone. Then, we extract via a truck mount with a spinner extraction at 1,000 PSI. This type of equipment is not used by your average homeowner and this is how we bring your floors back to life.
Step 04
We Take Care Of Your Home
We will protect the rest of your home. We neutralize any remaining solutions with a neutral mop rinse. Before we clean, we also mask off all areas with electrostatic film to protect walls, cabinets and any other valuables from splashes. If you need it, we will perform a diamond pad restoration. This is done if there is severe damage to the stone, as we can remove stains, etches and scratches with this restoration.
Step 05
Finish
We will finish your stone with either a honed or polished finish depending on your preferences using a white polishing pad with a high speed burnisher to give the stone its final polish. We will then seal your natural stone to protect it against future stains. All sealers our company use will not change your floors appearance or make it slippery.
