Hard surface cleaning can be a real pain and extremely time consuming. This is why it’s important to have trained and experienced professional come in and restore your floors to like new condition. Our team is always prepared to execute and provide world class results.

Tile & Grout Sealing

It is essential that you seal the the grout lines after the cleaning has been accomplished. If you do not do this, you expose the pores in the grout lines and they will eventually become permanently damaged. This will also extend the life and protect it from re-soiling for a significant amount of time.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

Cleaning your hard surfaces on your own can be very taxing on your body. Let our royal team serve you while you kick back and relax. Our years of experience have taught us how to clean almost any type of hard surface in the most optimized, quick and efficient way. Please see our process below.
Step 01
Inspection

We identify the type of hard surface needed to be cleaned.

Step 02
Preparation

Any stainless-steel appliances are covered with plastic to protect them. Then, we apply our eco-friendly cleaning product. This breaks down the oil and grease and preps it be scrubbed.

Step 03
Agitation

For the agitation part of this process, we use a CRB (counter rotating brush) machine. This really loosens all the dirt, soil, grease and oil. Any hard to reach places, we use a small hand brush.

Step 04
Extraction

Here we use our high pressure heat truck mount cleaning system to loosen any remaining dirt and grime. Immediately after, we remove all the water and finish the extraction.

Step 05
Eliminate Excess Water

Many times there will still be some water left over. We simply use a mop and a bucket to soak up the water and also a hand towel.

Step 06
Final Inspection

We review our work with the customer to ensure satisfaction. Our air movers are left on for another 30 mins to ensure it has completed dried.
